About Leda

Leda Custom Farm Equipment was established in 2000 by sole owner Damien (‘Henry’) Higgins. The company started out building customised farming machines, and its reputation for excellence quickly led to strong business growth. By 2004, Leda Custom had expanded its product range to 15 different products.

Since then, we haven’t rested on our laurels: we continue to excel and grow, as we work with our clients towards their success.

The motto at Leda Custom has always been ‘You want it, we can build it’! We have specially customised many of our standard range of items in order to meet client requirements. Furthermore, with our specialized engineering and design knowledge, and our fully equipped workshop and range of CNC machinery, we often build one-off machinery and parts – whether it’s a small job or a large project, you can leave it to Leda Custom to understand your industry and needs and deliver to your requirements.

In 2007, Leda expanded its operations into a retail outlet, purchasing local bearings outlet CBC Bearings and Power Transmissions and starting up a new company, Leda Farm Equipment and Bearings (‘Leda Bearings’). Located in Mildura and specialising in the sale of all agricultural machinery spare parts, programmed maintenance, bearings, tools, power transmissions and all lubricants. With the motto ‘you want it, we got it’, our friendly retail store is dedicated to supporting the agricultural industry through our work. Leda Bearings is the sole distributor of the CBC range in Mildura, and are also stockists for Bareco, Sparex and Otech amongst others.

Leda Custom and Leda Farm Equipment and Bearings came together in 2016 to become Leda Ag and now operate out of a new state-of-the-art facility at 666 Benetook Ave, Mildura, incorporating a showroom, spare parts, farm machinery sales and warehouse, and a new manufacturing workshop. Through this new facility, we aim to provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for agricultural and horticultural customers.
